by dirtbags, for dirtbags
Think TripAdvisor, but for climbing spots. Built by people who actually climb, not some venture-capital-backed startup that thinks "bouldering" is a type of yoga.
We got tired of showing up to crags with zero info about parking, approach, or whether the locals would chase us off. So we built this. Simple as that.
No sponsored reviews. No "premium listings." No algorithmic manipulation. If a crag sucks, we'll tell you. If it's incredible, we'll tell you that too.
We're not building this to sell to Google. We're building it because we love climbing and hate gatekeeping. Always free, always open.
Parking sketchy? We'll warn you. Approach through poison oak? You'll know. Best taco truck nearby? Obviously included.
Every crag on here comes from climbers like you. We don't have a team of "content creators" scraping info from other sites. Real people submit real crags with real beta.
Know a spot? Submit it. See something wrong? Flag it. This is your site as much as ours.
"The best climber is the one having the most fun."
We believe climbing info should be accessible to everyone, not locked behind paywalls or hidden in some crusty local's head. The more people who can safely enjoy climbing, the better.
That said, we also respect access. If a crag is sensitive, has parking issues, or the landowner is on the fence, we'll note it. We're not here to blow up spots or cause access problems.
Just some dirtbags who got tired of the status quo. We live in vans (some of us), we smell like chalk (all of us), and we've projected routes longer than most people have careers.
We're not a company. We're climbers who happen to know how to code. That's it.
